Out now !, the goofball Cannon Films slasher NEW YEAR’S EVIL hits Blu-ray, presenting a killer claiming victims at midnight in each of the U.S. time zones on the titular evening. This one will come with:
• Audio commentary by director Emmett Alston
• “The Making of NEW YEAR’S EVIL,” featuring new interviews with actors Kip Niven, Grant Cramer and Taaffe (GALAXY OF TERROR) O’Connell and director of photography Thomas Ackerman

And looking ahead a little further, Camp Motion Pictures has set an April 21 date for its DVD and digital release of KILL, GRANNY, KILL. Jacob Ennis’ over-the-top gorefest is about a caregiver who discovers that the elderly woman she’s looking after in a remote farmhouse has some nasty secrets and unpleasant eating habits.
